YTMAXING website, educational content, courses, community features, resources,
coaching services, and other services made available through the platform.

By accessing or using YTMAXING, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not
agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products
or services.

1. About YTMAXING

YTMAXING is an individual-operated educational business based in India.
YTMAXING provides educational information, strategies, systems, workflows,
content methods, practical guidance, courses, resources, community access,
coaching opportunities, and related services focused primarily on YouTube
growth, channel development, content creation, and monetization education.

YTMAXING is operated under the business/legal identity YTMAXING. Day-to-day
management may be handled by an authorized client, operator, or representative
acting on behalf of the business.

2. Eligibility

YTMAXING is intended for learners of different ages. There is no general
18+ restriction on using the educational portions of the platform.

If you are a minor, you should use paid products, services, purchases, or
other contractual features only with the involvement and consent of your
parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

By using YTMAXING, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the
services and agree to these Terms, or that you have appropriate parent or
legal-guardian involvement where applicable.

3. YTMAXING Educational Content

YTMAXING provides educational material relating to YouTube strategies,
systems, workflows, content creation, channel development, audience growth,
monetization education, and practical implementation.

The information provided by YTMAXING is educational in nature. You are
responsible for deciding how and whether to apply any strategy, recommendation,
workflow, or information provided through the platform.

4. Course Access

Where a course purchase includes lifetime access, the customer will receive
access to the applicable course for the lifetime of the product/service,
subject to these Terms and any applicable suspension or termination provisions.

Course access may include the main course content as well as future updates
that YTMAXING chooses to provide as part of the applicable offer.

Course materials may include video content, PDFs, guides, prompts, templates,
supplementary resources, and other educational materials where stated on the
relevant product or course page.

Lifetime access does not mean that YTMAXING guarantees that a particular
website feature, technology, platform, hosting provider, third-party service,
or delivery method will remain available indefinitely.

5. Community Access

Community access is available only to customers whose purchased plan or
product specifically includes access to the YTMAXING Community.

Community access may include educational discussions, member interaction,
support, resources, and other community features provided by YTMAXING.

Community access is not automatically included with every YTMAXING product.
The applicable product or plan description will determine whether community
access is included.

6. Live Coaching and Channel Checking

Eligible YTMAXING Community members may receive access to live group coaching
sessions and channel-checking sessions where those features are included in
their applicable plan.

These sessions may allow members to ask YouTube-related questions, receive
guidance, discuss their channels, and receive practical educational feedback.

Availability, scheduling, format, and frequency of live sessions may vary.
YTMAXING may modify scheduling or delivery methods when reasonably necessary.

7. 1-on-1 Consultation

One-on-one consultation is a separate service unless the applicable product
or plan expressly states that it is included.

Where offered, the YTMAXING dashboard or website may provide an option to
purchase or book a consultation.

Purchasing a standard course or Community plan does not automatically include
one-on-one consultation unless the applicable offer specifically states otherwise.

8. Educational Resources and Downloads

YTMAXING may provide downloadable educational resources, including PDFs,
guides, prompts, templates, checklists, and supplementary materials.

Downloadable resources are provided for the personal educational use of the
customer who is entitled to access them.

You may not redistribute, resell, publicly upload, reproduce, or commercially
exploit YTMAXING resources without written permission.

9. Account Registration

Certain YTMAXING features require you to create an account.

During registration, you may be required to provide information such as your
name, email address, password, and YouTube channel information where applicable.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information
reasonably up to date.

You must not create an account using another person’s identity or knowingly
provide false registration information.

10. Email Verification

YTMAXING may require email verification before an account can be used for
certain services.

Verification links may expire after a specified period for security purposes.
If verification is not completed within the applicable period, you may need
to request another verification email.

YTMAXING may limit the number of verification emails that can be requested
within a particular period to protect the platform from abuse.

11. Account Security

12. Purchases and Payments

When purchasing a YTMAXING product or service, you agree to provide accurate
billing and payment information.

Prices, available products, plan inclusions, and payment options will be
displayed on the relevant product or checkout page.

A purchase is subject to successful payment processing and any applicable
purchase conditions displayed at checkout.

13. Payment Processing

YTMAXING may use third-party payment processors, including Razorpay where
enabled, to process payments.

Payment processing may be subject to the terms, policies, security procedures,
and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.

YTMAXING does not require you to provide your complete payment-card credentials
directly to YTMAXING where those details are collected and processed by the
applicable payment provider.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

YTMAXING provides a refund policy with a stated refund window of
30 days, subject to the eligibility requirements and
verification process described in the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy.

A refund is not automatically guaranteed simply because a customer requests
one within the stated period. Eligibility may depend on the requirements
described in the published refund policy.

YTMAXING may review relevant information concerning implementation, channel
activity, content, analytics, and other applicable information when determining
whether refund eligibility requirements have been satisfied.

Refund processing may also be subject to applicable payment-provider procedures
and applicable consumer laws and regulations.

15. Results and No-Guarantee Disclaimer

YTMAXING does not guarantee a specific income, number of views, number of
subscribers, monetization approval, financial result, or any other specific
business or YouTube outcome.

YTMAXING teaches the real systems, strategies, processes, workflows, and
methods behind its educational material and results.

Individual results depend on many factors, including implementation, content
quality, niche, consistency, audience response, platform conditions, market
conditions, and other factors outside YTMAXING’s control.

Results, testimonials, case studies, examples, screenshots, revenue figures,
subscriber counts, views, or other member results displayed by YTMAXING are
examples of individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises
or guarantees of similar results.

Your results may be substantially different from the results shown in any
example or case study.

16. YouTube and Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

YTMAXING provides education relating to YouTube, but YTMAXING does not control
YouTube or any other third-party platform.

YouTube may change its algorithms, policies, monetization requirements,
recommendation systems, features, terms, or other platform conditions at any
time.

YTMAXING cannot guarantee that any strategy will continue to produce the same

17. Intellectual Property

Purchasing access to a YTMAXING product does not transfer ownership of the
underlying intellectual property to you.

You may use purchased educational materials for your personal educational
purposes, subject to the applicable product terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly upload, publish,
sublicense, or commercially exploit YTMAXING course materials or resources
without prior written permission.

18. Account and Course Access Sharing

Your YTMAXING account and purchased course access are intended for your
individual use unless YTMAXING expressly states otherwise.

You may not sell, transfer, rent, sublicense, or share your account or
purchased course access with another person.

YTMAXING may restrict or terminate access where it reasonably determines that
an account or purchased access is being abused, shared, resold, or otherwise
used in violation of these Terms.

19. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use YTMAXING for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or restricted areas.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Upload malicious code, harmful files, or other damaging content.
